We had four people in our stay over the recent weekend. There are so many great aspects to the stay, and that makes it very tough to list them all. To start I have to mention the complimentary apples. Every day, without fail, apples. Amd constantly the bowl was refilled. Then the amazing cleanliness of the rooms. Great beds, and towels. Elvie & Faith were very accommodating. They have a very warm and positive demeanour. We arrived very early from Tofino so we were trying our luck to check in early and indeed, Faith checked us in and even upgraded our room. Excellent customer service!! We loved the location of the property as well. Very close to mall, dining, transpo, etc. P.S. it would be better if there was complimentary water in the room 😅. But everything else was good!!

Our only "complaint" is how expensive the room service is - they charge an automatic tip which is understandble but in addition to this, charge several other "service fees" which are more.excessive than other places we have stayed.
