"Lots of staff near the check in desk but limited helping people helping customers, biggest fail is the parkade, I spent 3 days looking at the same pile of garbage that someone dumped out of their vehicle and areas near the stairwell and elevator have face masks, cigarette butts and gum on the ground, clearly no janitorial staff working in that area."

"Overall our stay was okay, our very first encounter with the check in staff was disappointing as we encountered a rude staff member. We utilized the hot tub amenities but unfortunately the jets were not working and the hot tub was luke warm in temp, we informed staff of this and we were told “it’s computer regulated,” and could not be changed. There was construction going on in the building our entire stay as well which we were informed by newsletter on arrival stating it would be “ambient noises,” unfortunately it was not lol. Otherwise, rooms were clean, Pavel in the hotel restaurant was amazing, and the location is excellent! "
