"We had a wonderful stay at Little Astoria! Located in a prime spot right behind the empress hotel in the middle of downtown, walking distance from Beacon Hill park, shopping, the waterfront, excellent restaurants, museums and more. The unit was well outfitted, clean and quiet. We will definitely return on our next visit to Victoria."

"The condo was very spacious and well equipped. It was very central to downtown Victoria. The views were superior. The double bed was very soft and quite difficult to get into. By contrast, the futon like bed in the living room was very low and not completely even. All in all the accommodation was very good with a fine kitchen and superior laundry facilities. The only Serious downside was the overpowering smell of urine in the temporary check-in parking area. This must be cleaned up."

"Our stay here was good, we rented the two bedroom suite down stairs. We had our dog with us and he was very relaxed and lived the yard. There is a TV but no TV remote, so we played cards in the evenings. The neighborhood is ok, but if you want a more ritzy vacation, this isn’t the spot for you. The yard is a little over grown but the suite itself was very clean. The hostess was kind and easy to visit with. There was a bit of clutter in the yard, but the hostess is a retirement aged single woman...

"This is a great spot with a beautiful set up. Well-stocked with what we needed to cook for ourselves, lovely view down the street from the windows. The location is so conveniently central - we were easily able to walk from the ferry terminal and were able to entirely navigate our intinerary by fairly minimal walking and using the bus! It made for a very pleasant weekend and made the issue of no dedicated parking at this property completely irrelevant. We had a slight hiccup with housekeeping...

"The room was absolutely peaceful and charming. There is ambiance galore. But the real reason to stay is because of the staff. They accommodated us many times from an early check-in, to luggage storage at check-out, and advocating us with grace when we presented gift cards not seen since 2012. Mark checked us out and never once made us feel like a hindrance. The only issues were logistical such as the pool area having such an overwhelmingly chlorine smell that it was impossible to remain in the room, and our closet door liked to close on its own. "
