"Staff were super friendly and very helpful! The Pan Pacific is a beautiful place. The seawall walk and Stanley Park are the best part of Vancouver in our opinion and this is a great place to stay to enjoy. We were surprised at the lack of maintenance to Vancouver's sidewalks for such a nice area. Also, hoping that Vancouver has a plan to help their homeless situation - obviously a lot of people who really need long-term help."
