Any proof of smoking will result in a $300.00 fee for odour removal. 4\. No pets of any kind are allowed on this property. 5\. We provide high-quality hotel linens for our property and proper makeup removal cloths. Any stained linens will be charged to the guest. 6\. Please know that there is no lifeguard on duty at the pool area. Kids under the age of 14 are required to be accompanied by an adult at all times. We also ask that you please refrain from bringing glass on the pool deck. 7\. For your garbage and recycling, please ensure it is stored inside at all times to avoid attracting wildlife. Prior to departure, please take it to the Panorama Transfer Station on your right-hand side as you are heading back towards Invermere. The host had all the ammentities to prep food and lunches, pump soap in the bathrooms, and some games to play/ books to read. Because the place is very new there were a few minor new house issues that the hosts were very responsive too. We brought our own towels for the hottub, which was handy, the the towels provided are more bathroom towels. Overall everything was great. ##### Chester M.
