"Our stay was very disappointing. The online check‑in was convenient, but the room itself had a strong smell of old cigarette smoke. We also noticed small burn marks on the nightstands and other surfaces. Sleeping was extremely difficult due to the noise. We could hear conversations from neighbouring rooms as well as traffic from the road right beside the building. The cleanliness was also below expectations: there were hairs on the bed, and the pillows had visible holes. Based on our experience, we would not stay here again and would not recommend it."
