« This was exactly what we needed after a week of camping on our road trip - this place is so lovely, from the cabin itself (inside and out), to the big trees surrounding it, the pathway through the forest, the delicious breakfast and coffee, and of course the most relaxing bath/shower outside. Tara was so welcoming and was helpful highlighting spots around the island. Would highly recommend and we hope to visit again soon! »

« Lovely suite in a beautiful neighborhood! The garden and yard were stunning! The entry was private, the bed was comfy and the linens, towels and robes were lovely! A bit of upstairs noise at times and no sink in the kitchenette was a bit challenging but we made it work! Definitely loved having a beautiful spot to land after being out enjoying the beauty of the Cowichan Valley. »

However, we were disappointed that we had to contact the owner one hour prior to our arrival to get the check-in information (but she did answer quickly when we wrote to her). Also, the beddings were dirty and the door knobs around the house were sticky. There were multiple deficiencies. The upper element of the oven didn't work properly,...
