Two days prior to your arrival, you'll get an email containing all the info you need for an easy and stress-free check-in. 2\. You'll have exclusive access to the lower/basement area, so you won’t be sharing it with anyone else. 3\. Instructions for accessing the suite will be sent to you once your booking is confirmed.
