"Great hotel but there were a few disappointments. The room we were placed in was beaten up in places (in the bathroom the wall was completely dinged up and falling apart). We requested a different room and were placed in a smaller room but there was no adjustment to the cost. "

"Enjoyed our stay overall. 4/5 A few “niggles”.. staff were good but missed out on opportunities other hotels offer such as taking bags to room, showing you features and how they work in the room; the steam room option in the shower didn’t work, and we had a bit of a sleepless night as we didn’t know how to turn off the dressing room light.. plus the noise from the extractor outside. There was no restaurant option on Sunday, but that wasn’t a problem as we strolled up to The Wolseley....

"Where do I begin? It was family of 3 staying at Cavendish for 6 nights and we throughly enjoyed every moment. The best part was how helpful and friendly the staff was. All of them and not just one or two. From concierge to front desk to housekeeping, etc. I had hurt my leg and they went above and beyond to help me and accommodate me. They provided me with the crutches, getting taxis, bags, etc. Room was super quiet and clean. Location was awesome. It was easy 5min walk to Picadilly. I recommend...
