The location is fantastic but very noisy. The staff in the Terrace restaurant were amazing but the front desk staff were variable in the service they provided. There was an issue with my bill after checking out and they didn’t know how to solve it for example- just gave me an email address. The rooms very nice- very spacious , nice toiletries in the bathroom. My bathroom was not incredibly clean. I tried the room service food with my grandson- the food was lovely but it took about 30 minutes of being continuously on the phone to order it. Also, I asked a staff member to remove a used tray from my room which she did extremely grudgingly!!!!! Overall I would say that the level of service provided does not match the cost of staying at the Dilly.

Hotel is in a good central location, however although it has a pool and the public areas are modern and clean, I found it to be overpriced. Our room was large but very outdated with damaged furniture and a giant stain in the middle of the carpet which looked as though there had been a flood. The staff were friendly but provided very little information on check in. The terrace bar was nice but overall lacked atmosphere. Overall the hotel was very overpriced for what was on offer and we will definitely be staying at our usually hotel for future trips.

The reception, bars and entrance were beautiful, however the rest of the hotel needed refurbishment. Especially new carpets on hallways. Bathrooms were dated. Room was very dusty.
