We had everything we needed, just needed some coaching with the water heater (which runs the radiators in the rooms), the fuse box and the dryer. "Travel connections to everywhere were convenient from this part of Croydon with tons of options for day to day needs like restaurants and groceries. Note that while it's great to be near so much pedestrian-only shopping and a market atmosphere it does mean your taxi cannot come to the door. You do need to be prepared to move your luggage manually about 80 metres to/from a vehicle. "Stayed here for five nights and loved it! Our room was spacious, clean, had a microwave, washer/dryer and basically everything you might need for your stay. The only thing I did not like about the property was the bathroom… I wish they had shower curtains instead of just a glass partition that doesn’t really prevent the water from getting out of the bath tub when you shower. Also, a step stool to get in the tub would be nice since the tub is quite high."
