Please get in touch with us before proceeding if you do not agree to this, as you may be required to pay an additional cleaning deposit that will be refunded to you after the check out inspection by our housekeeper. \- ID - In the interests of security and to prevent fraud, prior to arrival, guests may be required to confirm their identity by providing their booking reference and their passport/identity card/driving license. Late check-outs can be requested in advance but are subject to availability and may be charged at 60% of the nightly rate. \- BABY COT: A baby travel cot (also known as a 'pack and play') and high chair are available upon request (for a surcharge), but we must have at least 3 days notice. Please note - the travel cot mattress that comes with it is thin, as most travel cots are. We follow the Lullaby Trust's advice not to put any added mattress or padding into the travel cot for the child's safety. We do not supply baby bedding for the travel cot. \- London is constantly developing, therefore, some building works can occur from time to time in the local area, which can cause some noise during working hours 8am-5pm.
