This spacious and stylish raised ground floor 1 bedroom apartment is in a superb location for the very best of Notting Hill, being only 1 minute walk from Ladbroke Grove Tube (Circle, District and Hammersmith lines) and just a two minute stroll from the renowned Portobello Road and the plethora of shops, cafes, bars and restaurants that Notting Hill has to offer. This One bedroom apartment feels spacious and there is a separate large bathroom with a full bath and shower, eco shower gel, shampoo & conditioner and fluffy towels too. You’ll also find a fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher and washer/dryer with a comfy sofa (converts to bed) in the living area as well as a 46" Android smart TV for those evenings in. A super comfy king size bed awaits with puffy pillows and crisp white sheets and useful bedside wireless phone chargers as well as lots of wardrobe space. To make sure you can stay connected there is super fast WIFI throughout the studio. There is also a super al fresco terrace for eating out or simply enjoying a sundowner after a long day exploring the sights of Notting Hill. Being at the rear of the building this apartment is nice and quiet and also no stairs to navigate. The One One One is located right next door to the famous Sarm recording studios (now Threesixzero) where stars such as Rihanna, One Direction, Kanye West, Dua Lipa and Kylie Minogue to name but a few have all recorded, so don’t be surprised if you bump into someone famous on your way to the multitude of bars & restaurants Notting Hill has to offer. For shopping if Portobello market doesn't have what you need then the huge Westfield shopping centre is just two tube stops (4 mins) away. All keyless access to the front door and the separate apartment door. Codes given prior to arrival. Guests will have access to the whole apartment during their stay. There is a comfy double sofa bed for 3rd and 4th guests - and a full linen pack with towel(s) will be provided when 3 or 4 guests are selected. If your booking is for two people but you wish to sleep separately you must request the linen pack (£35 supplement) No linen is stored in the property and we cannot accommodate last minute requests. Payment terms: 40% with booking. Balance 30 days before arrival OTHER THINGS TO NOTE: Standard check-in time is 3pm onwards, and check-out time is before 11am. The One One One is a strictly no smoking building. Loved the Notting Hill neighborhood, the cleanliness of the flat, the wonderful quality bath and bed linens, the ample storage for clothes etc, and the relaxing patio. And we really appreciated the superb communication about the flat and the neighborhood, both before, during and after our holiday. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you!!!!
