"Clean rooms. Easy walk to downtown. Friendly staff. Nice pool area."

"The staff were rude and seemed completely uninterested in guest concerns. There were also children loitering around the property late at night, knocking on doors and pranking guests while they were trying to sleep. Despite this being reported, the staff did nothing to address the situation. It made for a very unpleasant stay."

"This hotel is walkable distance to all the restaurants and stores on the main streets in PS. A bit outdated with popcorn ceiling rooms and the room/bathroom felt tight. But clean, well maintained and did the job. Staff was wonderful. Beautiful patio with pool area and magnificent bougainvilleas. Breakfast was included and had all the choices you would expect. The only downside is that you have to deal with the one bar/club noises next door until 2 am with loud music and party people. I don’t even know how the city allows that next to a hotel. Wouldn’t be my first choice for staying in PS as we prefer to stay in updated hotel or resort but we were pleased. Highly recommended "

"Room wasn't ready for hours. Pool was cold and there's no hot tub. Shower stall was old and extremely small."

"There could be some improvements in the room The carpet needs to be heavy duty cleaned When first entered into the room, can smell some bathroom piping smell Went further into the bathroom, mildew smell coming out of the sink After the first night clean up, most smell is gone but could still smell it sporadically. Customer service is excellent."

"A big room with lots of space but didn't automatically get cleaned and limited number of towels with no chairs for the balcony. The walls were also a bit thin so could here those in hall and next room at times. The staff were super nice and friendly - greeted you with a smile. The decorations and location are great though. "

"Had a wonderful solo trip at holiday house. Great location with easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. Rooms were modern and clean, staff friendly, and pool was great. Loved the decor throughout. Already booked my return trip! "
