We travel with two dogs. After making a reservation a year in advance asking for a ground floor room, we received a third floor room. We were told that they simply couldn’t accommodate everyone. The room itself was showing its age—caulking around the tub was cracked and peeling; there were no wash cloths nor drinking glasses. Housekeeping promptly delivered two wash cloths, however, we were told that because of COVID they were no longer providing glasses in the room. Seriously? They provided two paper cups for coffee, but evidently have never heard of disposable glasses. At check out, there were no luggage trollies available at 9 in the morning with an 11 am checkout time. We had stayed at this facility many times previously, both as Zoso and Hard Rock and had always enjoyed our stay. With the exception of the valet service that was outstanding, the balance of services were sorely lacking. We won’t be back.
