Close to Disneyland parks, room very clean, staff was very friendly and welcoming. Will be staying here in the future.

Our room was dirty when we arrived. Trash wasn’t taken out. Dirty tissues in drawers and no soap for bathroom. Staff at the rested were not friendly. For the price we paid we were very disappointed.

Love the landscaping, location and the pool. The staff is always awesome! This is the second time we have stayed at Disney Hotel and my only complaint are the showers. Very little water pressure, difficult knobs and random extreme temperature changes.

Everything was great except there is no food just available. You either mobile order to dinner around 2-3pm and it’s 7-10pm pick. Not much food selection at hotel. Downtown Disney is under construction so long wait for food anytime and same issue with mobile order and reservations. Unless you book a weeks in advanced
