The hotel was terrible. The room had tile broke off doors hung crooked. Didn’t close right. Fans in bathroom were making horrible noises. Huge stains on wall. Seemed filthy. Got a towel for pool looked like it had never been washed big stains. Air conditions made noises like it was breaking down had to turn off at night . It was way too noisy. Bunks were horrible. Felt like springs were poking you. Every time you moved it squeaked horrible. Couldn’t sleep on top bunk. Pillows were flat and hard. Very uncomfortable. Couldn’t find another room or would have left. Had my grandkids for Knotts berry farm. Was stuck with room. Wished I never would had reserved. Worded hotel ever

This was a last minute booking due to some other issues we had. Our room number was a paper taped on the door. The exit sign was barely hanging on in the hall. The emergency fire pull cover was missing. We found an empty pringles can under the bed. The a/c looked like it was about to fall out of the wall (although it worked great). Our electronic door lock completely failed and the entire unit had to be replaced (after they kept telling us it was the keys and to not store them with our phones - which we didn’t). There is no continental breakfast. I was not able to get an extra blanket because the front desk told me that housekeeping was gone and will be back at 7am (so you can’t provide any extra items if housekeeping isn’t there??) We made the best of it and just rolled with all the things we came across during our stay. We will not stay here again. The property has been very neglected.

Property was alright, the rooms, specifically the one bed, was a bit dirty in the bathroom area, the condition of appliances was okay. The spacing was alright, bathroom felt a little tight, the window in the bathroom has a blur effect with no shade covering. Door was a bit hard to open. Aside from all that the service and employees were really nice and helpful, really easy to get Ubers as well for that area !

The property looks nothing like the pictures on expedia. The furniture was old and musty. The room did not smell good. I had to use febreeze and lysol to get rid of the musty smell. One of the rooms I rented didn't have hot water. The entrance, hallwalys and elevator were so outdated and dirty. The only good thing about this property is the walking distance to Knotts Berry Farm. I will not be staying here ever again and do not recommend it.

The inside of the rooms were by far some of the worst and most disgusting I’ve ever stayed in. So bad that none of us even took a shower due to the hair and debris that was left unclean. Almost every aspect of the room was old, dingy and not cleaned.

The only good thing about this motel is that you can walk to Knott's in under 10 minutes and there is free parking. The cons are: there were hairs on the bathroom floor and the towels, the AC is loud and kicks on and off all night, the room smelled bad. There are no outlets near the bed, no clock in the room and the shower head was awful. You can hear the street noise from one side and the stomping, knocking, yelling hotel noise from the other side. I will not stay there again.

Expedia needs to remove the free breakfast apparently they haven't served that in years. I mean, you get what you pay for and we stayed 2 nights for 360$so that was a great deal. Being right across from knotts is nice for those who want to walk to the park. I asked about using the laundry room and it was like the front desk man didn't want me to use it. He said it was already being used and I needed to leave my ID with them in order to use it, which ok , I guess ...they have 2 washer/ dryers but one set was out of service. I just went to the nearest laundromat. Ice machine will only work if you ask front desk to turn it on The place was pretty clean but the floors are definitely not mopped or swept well. I asked for a broom to sweep myself. All my kids socks were black. Def would recommend shower shoes The TV does not work and the phones do not call front desk at all. However, It was stocked well with soap and shampoo and towels for my family of 6. I'd prob not stay and just spend extra money for something nicer. But being in the last leg of our 2 week Trip, I wanted something cheap and as I already said...you get what you pay for. I got bit by a BROWN RECLUSE spider, six times on my arms and foot our first night there. Must be a record. So def check the other reviews and shake your bed thoroughly before getting in. I saw the spider in the bathroom and stepped on it. Being right across from the water park can be a bit nosey. Heard homeless ppl arguing all night

I really liked that I chose this hotel as a cheaper alternative than staying at Knotts Berry Farm. It was 1/3 price cheaper, as well as not having to pay for parking. Plus, I walked to Knotts Berry Farm so I wouldn't have to pay for parking, as well as having my car in a secured facility.
