Internet was down when we arrived, we were told to go on another bus to take us to another hotel, which then told us they ran out of rooms booked for Four Points and no longer had one for us - after waiting an additional 20-30 mins in line at 1am. They would not offer their phone to call Four Points back, as we had out of country phones, and told us that we have go back to Four Points to figure out what to do next. So we gave up, paid out of pocket for a new room during our layover, and then got a phone call that Four Points was able to book 2 additional rooms and we would be reimbursed with the out of pocket payment - which we have not yet seen in our account.
