Gosh where to start. From the molded room to the broken everything.. leaking roof broken light bulbs broken toilet paper holder coming out of the wall, broken elevators, cracked tub.. they took away ALL children's activies. The life guard choosing when to see a child's height, seen little girl go down the slide 5 times before he whips out a measuring stick, guess she was too happy idk. Won't allow the pool floaties that we bought with the hotel from previous stays. Just don't. Go some where better.

I loved the convenience of everything being so close in proximity. Like the restaurant by the pool and restrroms and rock slide for the kids. If you have young children this is a great stay. What i didn't like about it what that I didnt see them checking the water throughout the day to determine if the pool water was still clean n safe to swim jn.

The property rooms are big they look more like apartments. The pool is a little crowded and it’s kind of weird how they have that policy You have to check in Security guard for the pool.

There was poop smeared on the door in the bathroom and the hotel was unapologetic about the room and how dirty it was. We also waited an hour for fresh pool towels. It was very disappointing as we have been coming back to this resort for 3 years now and I was hoping for a cleaner and more accommodating stay

Location is close to downtown Palm Springs. Pool is big and very clean. Prices for drinks and food also good price. The rooms were clean and comfortable. I highly recommend staying at this place

I liked that it was family friendly. I liked that the staff were very friendly & helpful. Over all good customer service. I didn’t like there was no inclusive breakfast. I didn’t like that there were ants in our room. I didn’t like the TV’s didn’t have an option to stream Netflix, YouTube, or hook up phone to TV. I didn’t like room service wasn’t included on a daily basis. I didn't like there was no restaurants inside the hotel.

Staff is horrible no care for anyone’s concerns they had portable A/C in rooms with a hose going out side the window and A:C unit was leaking water, Mgr’s solution was to send someone to take the carpet and have a blower in a small room running during our stay or 2 solution was for me to check out 2 days before my trip was over. Could not switch me rooms and to top it off the last day of my birthday weekend with 18 people in my party which I rented 3 rooms in total the power went out there was no power in the facility they said power went out half of the city but across the street the condos had power we where watching the garage doors go up and down.. horrible horrible place and staff

How this property has more than one star is beyond me. The rooms are filthy! Carpets will make your feet black, the pullout mattresses are stained and dirty. Mold in the bathrooms. Air filters look like they’ve never been changed ever! Had hair in my mini fridge and shower from previous guests. The pillow I had in my room looked like it came out of a dumpster. The staff is absolutely not welcoming at all. To get in the pool is like TSA at the airport, checking bags and making sure you have your wrist bands and are on the list. The pool staff and security are so rude as well. Don’t you dare bring any pool float or noodle because you will called out from security as if you brought a weapon in. If you try to talk to anyone but a manager you are met with a “not my problem” attitude. Nothing about this place was welcoming at all! Would never recommend this place to anyone!
