ants in room, dirt in pool, water stains on wall, cracked ceiling, private patio was dirty, dusty and full of leaves. grounds had not been swept or cleaned seemingly for days. dead leaves accumulated all property. the handy man wanted to spray for ants while we were in there....

Love this place, bern several times!!! The air conditioner units are quite noisey, where ear plugs!!! The shower water takes about 10 minutes or so to get a nice temperature!!!

Pet friendly but mostly concrete and hard scape so no place for potty. Blood spatter on the wall in the bathroom and furniture stained and unclean. Staff were friendly though and had the bathroom cleaned up immediately.

I stayed at movie colony on june 9th through the 13th I was having a nice time until I realized the shower was leaking into the Wow and going through to the. closet. And into the room.Whenever we will take a shower. It completely messed up my clothes and shoes that were in the Closet I called The Front desk and they sent a maintenance guy. I cannot take a shower my last day when I requested a refund. I was told because I paid for the trip on hotels.com That they could not give me a refund and to contact hotels.com Once I contacted them to see about getting reimbursed for the damages to my Clothes shoes and suitcase. And they contacted movie colony hotel hotel. And was told by management that nothing ever happened like that But I have pictures and videos of the flooding and they have to do an investigation because they never heard of Any flooding on there It is now june 22nd and I still haven't heard anything
