When I made the reservation, it was advertised as having an onsite restaurant for the guests. I only learned it has been closed for 3 years when I checked in. Communication is poor. Putting luggage in storage is inefficient. Try it and you will find out. Poor management. Never staying here again.
It was nice but no full length mirror in the room. No real food on site, fortunately we had a car. No shuttle to the IW Open but we didn't enjoy the rest of the area because we were just really going to the tennis Open. It was a beautiful facility though and well kept.
Check in 4 pm (that is very late check in and room not even ready until 4:15. Check out 10 am. Those check-in/check out hours not customer friendly. Restaurant closed during stay, pools closed due to some issue. Was very expensive and no advanced warning or discount given with these issues. This was our 4th stay here but will be the last time we stay.
This was our second time staying this property. We really like it. I wish we knew about the other gate from the first time though. We found out about it by accident this time.
Nice property, comfortable beds, and a great pool area with excellent food and frozen beverages. Israel the bartender was great.
The only minor downside was that our room never got cleaned in the three nights we were there. We didn’t have the do-not-disturb sign on and were out of the room by 10am every day, but no one ever came. Maybe we were supposed to specifically request cleaning service, but if so, I missed that. All in all it wasn’t a big deal though, and if we had really needed it I’m sure we could have called and had someone come.
