This is an absolutely perfect hotel, although as definitely expected from Ritz. Thoughtful down to small detail. The views are absolutely stunning, the indoors and outdoors setups are excellent. Personnel attentive to detail.

We have stayed here several times and this time our room had not been cleaned. Dirty bathroom, dirty used towels and bedding. The front desk just said “sorry” and sent new towels. Not what you expect for $700+ a night.
