Though we only stayed for 1 night, Coleman at the front desk made sure to make it a fun and memorable one. Not only did he upgrade us to a better room but included extra little things here and there to make our stay extra special. The room was roomy and the beds super comfortable. We were centrally located to the pools and restaurants. Also, Ernie the bartender at the adult pool was friendly and provided exceptional service. Would definitely be back soon.

I stayed at the Westin and although the property is nice, the amenities were limited because of low occupancy. That becomes frustrating when the cafe and store are only open for a couple of hours each day. Staffing was very low and it had an impact on our stay.

I have been going to this Hotel for many years and as mentioned in my previous review paying many resort fees and sharing the pool with non Hotel guests was not nice. I have mentioned this issue in my previous stay (few years ago) but apparently the management did not do anything to resolve the issue. In addition there was no entrance control for the “adult pool”. The water in the pool was dirty and didn’t seem to have been checked by staff.

Pros: large property with multiple pools and places to hang out; updated room with coffee and refrigerator; good TV and streaming options; approved a late check out Cons: towels had hair in them;, loud guests that disturbed our sleep

We have been visiting this property for years. The renovations are great and love the updated arcade area. Happy hour is a plus!

Very nice and clean. Staff super nice and we had all we needed. I do feel the resort fee and self parking is over priced should be already build in on the nightly rate.

Great location and amenities! They have free drinks during social hour from 4:30-5:30, free bowling, and neat pools. Highly recommend. There was a small police involved isolated incident with someone across from us, not sure what happened but the staff and police did a great job handling it. It through us off a bit but the hotel as a whole was amazing.

POOL: The aluminum rails to get in and out of the pool were steaming hot, it was 120 deg!, you could not hold on, they need plastic proctors or something to help grip. The bathrooms were dirty, toilet paper, covers on the floor and toilet were dirty, bith men and womens. Arcade/bowling: we walkined in twice to see how to bowl, first come, wait list...no one was available to ask, only the bartenders and they were busy!!! Also 3 of the 4 bowling lanes were closed...really on a Friday and Saturday!!! Rooms: no maid service was done for the two rooms, we had to ask for coffee, water and towel refills once we returned to our room and saw it was not done.

We kept getting the run around about when our room would be ready. Our checkin was at 4pm and we kept getting the same answer “wait for a text”. We waited over 2 hours for this text that never came! Finally spoke to a manager and he was also confused why we haven’t been in a room when there were plenty open. Lots of activities were broken down, staff seemed like they didn’t care, who seemed clueless or that it was not their department. Waited over a hour for someone to come bring poles for “fishing”. The fishing was a joke! A guy brought you a pole from like the carnival that was just a stick and string with a hook way to big to use on the fish there. The pools were crowded because anyone in the area could walk in to the resort and use the facilities. That said; the pools were hot ,murky and gross. The only clean comfortable area was my room.
