This is a great property and one of the best stays and service. I would certainly revisit this property again if I visit palm springs. The amenities are great like heated pool, toddler pool and golf areas. The housekeeping are polite and great. I would certainly call out if you have any special requests to the front desk, please get the name of the person you spoke with and double check they are making notes against your booking as the front desk has the worst communication amongst themselves and expect guests to keep track of the changes requested.
