This is a wonderful place to stay in Palm Springs. The hotel is small and cozy. The staff are exceptional, and the rooms are clean and spacious. I can't overstate how pleasant our stay was. A very low key and relaxing property and we would definitely stay here again.

This is a nice boutique property. It is not a 4 star hotel. Our room was tiny but clean with a nice walk-in shower. The property is secure with an entry gate. 2 of the staff members during our 3 day stay were very nice and helpful, the 3rd was rude behind the desk. The area outside the hotel is not very nice and at one end of town not near the nice restaurants and city center. It was speedy for what it was and “didn’t look like the brochure”

The hotel was inconspicuous, we missed the sign twice. The parking is small, but we were able to find a spot. Hotel staff was pleasant and check in and check out were fast. Our room was clean and roomy, with coffee machine, safe, refrigerator. I am a light sleeper and heard some rumbling throughout the night, not sure if it was due to nearby traffic or hotel machinery, but other than that, it was quiet.

We had a very quick visit to Palm Springs, but this hotel was perfect for us! Secured entry made us feel safe, easy parking (small hotel parking lot was full but street parking was free and wide open just outside the lot), quick and friendly check-in, beautiful pool/hot tub area surrounded by palm tree and mountain views, and clean and comfortable room. We could have walked to dinner, but decided to drive because it was a little cold out that evening. (Ease of parking played a part in that decision, too.) Very happy customer - I plan to return!
