"Alex at the front desk was absolutely amazing!! We booked this trip very last min and we had booked the hotel based on the pool closing time but when we arrived there was a “new pool hours” notice. Alex saw that we were disappointed by the closing time and offered us a late checkout so we could enjoy the pool before our departure. He was so nice and accommodating that it made us start looking future dates to stay again. The room was very nice and we loved the pool area with the pool bar and food service. Riley our server at the pool was Awesome. We will definitely be back. "
"Room was nice, had almost everything you need: bed, table, couch seat, good A/C, TV with mount, and great water pressure. Only things I will note that were missing was a microwave and a chair for the table, though I just used the single sofa seat as that. The drawers were also pretty loud and hard to use. Other than that plenty of towels provided and liked the phone stand that was next to the bed. Would come back for the price, pretty good value. The pool is also only 4 feet deep so not really usable, but the jacuzzi is nice with the jets option."
"Everything was done via digital platforms, no physical keys, just a code that I had to use on smart locks around the property. Even though there's no official front desk, the support was quick when I had questions via text that solved my issues. The bed was medium firm, which I appreciated though if you like a fluffy mattress, this wasn't it. Overall, it's clear owners care for this property and everything was clean and functional. I didn't get to use the pool, but it looked good and I saw a pool cleaner in the morning when I was checking out. For those unfamiliar with Palm Springs, this property is far from downtown so not walkable to shops and such. With that said, the value of the room, overall property, and price point is great if you don't mind a 10 min drive south along the main drag to where "everything" is."
"I ecently stayed at the most charming little escape—and it absolutely delivered on all fronts. The bungalows were spacious, bright, and had that clean, airy feel that instantly makes you feel at home. Major bonus: they were spotless!
The pool area was a total vibe—super cute, with gorgeous views and the kind of relaxed atmosphere that makes you lose track of time (in the best way). Whether you’re lounging under the palms or dipping in after a day of adventure, it’s the perfect spot to unwind."

" The house was very clean, cozy & comfortable! The best part is that it’s pet friendly so we were able to bring our dog. The only thing I would say could have been better was how long the house took to cool down. It was a little on the warm side the 1st day/night, but by the next morning, it was perfect. The pool was just right for cooling off after laying out. Plenty of pool floaties for everyone too. Very cozy outside space. I loved that there were plenty of games to play. The pool table was in tight quarters, but the short pool sticks helped. The kitchen had all your basic needs, we did need a few things that the kitchen didn’t have, like a potato masher, but I found a hand mixer which did the job, so crisis averted. Nice and close to downtown, grocery stores and the Agua Caliente Casino. All in all we had a nice, relaxing stay. Very happy that we had garage parking. We will definitely keep this listing handy for our next Palm Springs trip. "
