First time staying here and i was impressed. I loved our bathtub room. I like the that pool is open 24 hours. The hotel has a romantic aura. The staff is the best out of everything. I am looking forward to coming back.

The property perfectly combined upscale amenities with an intimate atmosphere. The no children policy was brilliant. The staff from check-in to check-out were fantastic. They created a welcoming atmosphere and went above and beyond to provide outstanding customer service. The provided bag breakfast as well as the self-serve candy selection was new to me, but spot on. This property is my new go to in Palm Springs. I cannot recommend it enough. Great job.

I will definitely stay here again. The hotel itself is on a smaller scale but I love the fact that the pool is 24hrs. Parking was a breeze, and the only reason why I have the staff 4 stars is because between the hours of 7:30-8pm, the front desk is closed and they leave a request box out… for a hotel I think someone should be at the desk at all times… a lady was locked out of her room and couldn’t get immediate help. But other than that everything was great!

We love this hotel, it's very well maintained and there is clearly attention to detail in the upkeep. The staff is friendly and the location is great as it is right on the main drag of Palm Springs where they hold the street fair on Thursdays.
