It is a terribly dirty facility. We have never been able to use the pool. It is very dirty, there is no shower, there is mud and dust around it, a lot of people enter without taking a shower, it is very inadequate. The rooms smell of cigarettes and are very dirty. we couldn't sleep at all it was terribly noisy you can hear all the steps upstairs. It was the worst holiday of my life

I just wanted to take a moment to share some feedback about my recent visit to your establishment. Firstly, I would like to commend your servers for their exceptional service; they were truly wonderful. However, I did notice that the facility is in need of an update. The furniture appeared to be quite worn and had a musty odor. Perhaps some renovations could be considered for a more pleasant experience.

Our rooms were dirty and had peeling paint on walls. The couch was stained and very dirty. The trash was still full from the previous people who used it as well as the fridge was not cleaned out. When asked the front desk for sheets for the pull out couch, they had us walk tot he front desk to retrieve.

My family stayed here last year and ot was amazing...this year not so much. Their rooms were extremely dirty, air conditioning broken etc. It was a mess. The grounds were not kept up l, perhaps because it was the weekend after the holiday but it was a mess. Staff was friendly and tried to make things better.

As we entered the lobby, couldn’t ignore the beautiful decor. Check in was very easy. Once getting into the room, we did notice staining on lampshades, walls, ceiling and the bathroom door was pretty old. The faucet in the bathroom and shower had a leak. One other thing that was very inconvenient was that there was no restrooms by the pool. We had to get out of the pool and use the bathroom in your room. Seemed to me that hotel was understaffed but the staff that was there was very helpful.

Property is older but definitely has nice ambiance, breakfast was great. There were issues with our rooms, the sink handle fell off which I did report, however, I thought our AC was slow to cool off our room and left it on thinking our room would be cooler by the time we returned. We returned to our room late and it was still hot (82 degrees). It was too late to report but when we checked out in the morning I did inform them, the temp remained 82 degrees.
