He even allowed us to stay in an upgraded room even though the room I booked for an extension was the next grade down (no microwave). "

"The rooms had a smell (old room smell), our tub was broken and our room had a loud noise when the AC would turn on. Our baby woke up several times just by that noise (It was kinda scary) Staff was great and overall our stay was good. Thanks again! "
