"Easy and very friendly check in with Mandy led to a great stay in a wonderfully appointed / clean room and facility! All amenities, the pool , fitness room, games room and food bar at the pool was excellent! Taco Tuesday was a hit! Our room was well appointed with a full kitchen, spacious mid century modern furniture living room , a cozy king size bed and a large washroom with all toiletries! This vacation spot is well located, accessible and safe! Great experience! "

"Especially nice was the size of the room and bathroom; great decor. Large frig with freezer, great shower. 2 things prevent me from giving 5 stars; 1. room key fob had to be reprogrammed once (inconvenient) and because of a triangular window above the closet, there was no window covering and a lot of light came in the room at night which made it hard to sleep. "

"This hotel has really gone downhill. The bathrooms had black mold, the lights in the room didn’t work, the electrical system is poor, the a/c is so noisy, they don’t have a breakfast buffet anymore and the service in the restaurant at breakfast was understaffed. We sat at our table for 30 minutes before anyone even acknowledged us!! They don’t have a shuttle service anymore which was so convenient when we were headed to the tennis garden, so we ended up walking over because of the terrible traffic during the BNP Paribas Tournament. The staff had no idea how to get the tennis tournament on the television in our room which was really annoying. We were told the hotel was under new ownership so hopefully they will rectify these issues because the room rate is not worth the cost to stay with these current conditions!!"

"There are hidden resort fees once you check in. Wish they put all of it together instead of a last minute fee. Other than that I has a solid stay. "
