"Clean and well appointed. It is located in a typical Palm Desert community: gated, well maintained, with the back patio opening out to the golf course. My only criticism is the lengthy check-out to-do list. Since I had time, I did everything on the list, however, running a load of laundry, taking out trash and bringing in outdoor cushions seem like tasks that the professional cleaning service should take care of. "

"This condo was so perfect for our family (my husband and I, our daughter, son-in-law and our grandson). The layout provided privacy and the location allowed us to walk easily to downtown, several parks, grocery stores, etc. Rita was a great host, she was very responsive to any questions we had and outfitted the space with several pieces of child equipment and pool toys so we didn’t need to bring those things with us. We enjoyed our stay and will be back! Thank you."

"Just wrapped up our stay at this cute Desert Falls CC condo! It was a wonderful week of relaxation. The condo instructions were clear and easy to follow. The condo itself is clean and maintained with comfortable amenities. It has a nice patio with a gorgeous view of the golf course and surrounding foothills. Andrea, the owner, was kind enough to check in with us by text to be sure all was well, and it was!! Pool #11 is so calm with a lovely view. Would definitely stay here again!"

"We stayed here for a golf trip with a couple of my close friends/family. It was a great spot to stay at. House was clean and tidy. The views of the golf course from the property were amazing. We wish we could have/would have golfed here. Only issue we had was the garage was a little tight for a full size truck, but there was plenty of street parking if needed. Any other comments we had for the owner they were quick to respond to when notified."

It was comfortable to live in for several days and listed in an area with easy access to Palm Canyon Drive. It's quiet and peaceful with a nice view of the area foothills from the large balcony."

"We loved the view of the golf course, mountains and watching the planes take off. Condo was extremely quiet. Pool was just steps away. The property is very large and has some really nice pathways. There is a grocery store a few blocks away that was excellent. Restaurants are within driving distance although we mostly ate at the condo so we could enjoy the views. Kitchen was well stocked and it was really nice they had things like Saran and tin foil as well as some spices. Lots of towels and...

"This property has been taken over by Hilton. The pool and spa areas were in good shape. The interior of our unit was in need of some repairs and was fairly spartan. But it was comfortable."

"The trip was put off to a very bad start. Upon checking in and getting out keys, we entered our locked room, and the lights were all off but there was an employee in the back bedroom with the lights off who didn’t say anything until we asked who was there and he said he was programming the remote. Was startling to walk in to that environment and left us wondering if someone would be in our room again unexpectedly."

"Great location! The condo had everything we needed and property was well kept. Condo was close to both pool and laundry facilities. No fitness centre but tennis courts and the tram road walk/run are excellent. Property owner was very accommodating and communication was quick and friendly. Great place to stay!"

"We stayed here for 8 nights in May in a deluxe king room. It was very clean, had a huge comfortable bed, a kitchen, bathroom with shower and walk in wardrobe. All of the outside areas were lovely and clean, plenty of sunbeds, bbq areas, a pool and jacuzzis. All of the staff that we met were friendly and said hello when passing. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend 7 Springs Inn and Suites. "
