"Nice rooms and great mineral pools. This place is a hidden gem for the price. There is a huge park two blocks behind this hotel for running and to take the dogs. There is an excellent Thai place up the street. The restaurant in the hotel is good. There is a Starbucks walking distance and grocery stores nearby. 15 mins drive to downtown Palm Springs. We could stay here for a while. Would appreciate more options in this fitness center. "

"This was a very large comfortable room with a huge tub and separate shower area. Loved having a back patio and chairs under a grapefruit tree close to the huge pool. Coffee shop in the morning is convenient and has high quality coffee. Food by the pool was better than expected. Walking distance to some great restaurants, too. Well located resort overall. All staff was wonderful and helpful. Don’t leave things by the pool - we had a pair of sneakers stolen that were not recovered. But we loved the place and will be back. It’s been laid back and a reasonable price - this is not a fancy or stylish place but great for families and very comfortable/convenient and super welcoming to out two lovely poodles. "

"The pools were for the most part good. The main pool was very dirty throughout the day and no one was there to clean it. We complained to the lifeguard who was away from his post the majority of the time doing who knows what. We have been there multiple times in the past and the lifeguard always maintained things and was always present, so I’m not sure what happened with that expectation but it was a definite issue."

"Bartender at the adult pool was rude and harassing. We requested a trolley ride from the adult pool back to our room and waited 30 minutes and no one showed up. We decided to walk back when a nice gentleman on a trolley stopped to give us a ride. He told us he never received the message for a pick up. "

"Super friendly staff, cater to your family needs. They pools were amazing for my 2 girls (6 and 8 year olds). As the pool staff were super nice and helpful. The lifeguards were amazing and great keeping all the kids safe. Amazing place to stay at. They even had a Magic show for the kids."
