"Les draps du sofa de notre suite chambre étaient sales et des mouchoirs usagés trainaient sur celui-ci. Nous avons demandé de nouveaux draps (et des serviettes supplémentaires car nous étions 3 et non 2). De la même façon, un ballon de fête se trouvait encore derrière ce même sofa, ce qui montre que la chambre n'avait pas été préparée et lavée correctement pour notre arrivée. Pour autant, l'hôtel est beau, la piscine très agréable; le personnel a été très gentil, compréhensif et serviable lorsque nous lui avons fait part de nos désagréments en nous offrant des compensations à la boutique de l'hôtel.
