Extra spacious townhome has 3 master suites & 4 bathrooms, arguably in THE best location at Legacy at the back end of the complex, directly against the amazing rocks. Total privacy, completely redesigned with fun & eclectic pieces, you are not going to find another property like it... We spent 3 months remodeling and upgrading the house to make it light and bright and replaced all furnishings with fun, eclectic and high end pieces, unusual light fixtures and original artwork to make your home-away-from-home just a bit more special... We guarantee there ain't another unit like it anywhere and hopefully the pictures will speak for themselves... 2) BEST location within Legacy Villas! The complex is directly adjacent to the world famous Waldorf Astoria La Quinta Resort. Our townhome villa is located in the quiet backside of the complex, within a 2 minute walk from 3 pools and hot tubs, directly facing the stunning mountains and the walking trail right behind our unit. Or if you are looking to join the action, we are only a 4 minute walk from the beautiful main pool area that has a kids pool, cabanas, splash area, adult lap pool, general pool, the Legacy Grill restaurant (seasonal), BBQ area, a fully equipped gym, a club house and hammock garden (where the teens love to hang out.) 3) BEST location for enjoying sun, but avoiding heat. Our back patio and balcony are both at least partially covered and face north-east, so they only get hit by direct sun in the later afternoon. Perfect for breakfast, lunch and dinner al fresco while soaking in the amazing views. 4) BEST layout! This is one of the few 2-story townhome units (not a condo) with nobody above or below you. Only 1 shared wall in 1 bedroom ensures you have total peace and privacy. 5) BEST size! With almost 2000 sqft, our unit is 200-600 sqft. larger than most other units at Legacy Villas, so there is lots of space for everyone to spread out. Being a townhome, versus a condo also means that we can legally (and comfortably) sleep up to 8 guests, so our place is perfect for a multi-generational family, 2 families with kids or a group of friends. Our unit has 3 MASTER SUITES with full bathrooms + an additional full bathroom downstairs. Two of the masters have king beds, the 3rd bedroom has a full over full bunk bed and an extra twin mattress, so it can accommodate all the kids or teens in one room and they even get their own bathroom. 6) BEST amenities! We follow the spirit of "more is more" and strive to provide EVERYTHING for you, so all you need to bring is your clothes and food. We have WIFI, cable, TVs in every room, Netflix, everything for fun days at the pool (towels, coolers in different sizes, lots of pool toys, life jackets and puddle jumpers for the little ones) a fully stocked kitchen with all kinds of appliances (and yes, we have a crocpot), charcoal BBQ, a laundry room with front loading HE washer & dryer and detergent provided, bathroom amenities, board games, books, and so much more! Beautifully decorated, great layout, close to a pool and the mountains... Owner easy to get hold of and so accommodating. Love the fact that the kitchen was so stocked! It is very clean and well appointed with all the things you need for your stay. Location is quiet in the back of the complex. The unit is beautifully decorated with hardwood floors all over. It is perfect for a family. The kids loved the bunk bed. There are plenty of toys for the pool and even a cabinet with board games and puzzles. It was clean and well-stocked with supplies--kitchen items, pool towels, laundry room items and streaming TV. This home is absolutely adorable and in an immaculately designed and maintained quiet community conveniently located near everything we wanted to do. The home is decorated with with such charm and comfort, and has everything you could ever need. The host, Britta was so helpful and accommodating to any requests and quick to respond to all my questions. We enjoyed time together with our adult kids and our grandchild. The back porch and views were stunning and it felt like very few people were around. We also enjoyed the many pools and the hammock garden. Would definitely stay here again! There were lots of board games provided that we had fun playing. I brought pool towels and was pleasantly surprised that the hostess provided pool towels for those in my group that didn’t bring one. Lugging all our stuff to the pool was made easy because the hostess also provided a wagon, and we used some of the pool noodles. I would recommend this location because it’s a very short drive to dinner and dessert spots. We were able to get lunch at the pool grill onsite. ##### Kymberly M. We loved the interior design and decor touches and the layout. The home was spotless, easy to access, and super quiet (in a relaxing way). We were incredibly impressed with all of the pool toys, coolers, kitchenware, gift basket, extra linens, and laundry room amenities. The guidebook was super helpful and led us to what would be our favorite pool as well. We also used the pools near the clubhouse and the fitness center which were all great. So many dinner options literally just minutes away. Within minutes of arrival we were regretting not booking a longer stay! We will book again soon! ##### Tim P. Our stay at this townhome was truly wonderful! The gated community had a charming, almost cinematic feel in the best way possible. The combination of amenities, including the pools, hot tub, and onsite restaurant, made it feel like we were enjoying the perfect balance between the comfort of home and the perks of a hotel. Britta thought of absolutely everything to make our stay comfortable. Since we arrived after midnight and couldn’t get to a store until the next day, the welcome snacks were a delightful surprise—my teenagers were thrilled! Additionally, my daughter was so relieved to find an extra toothbrush after realizing she had forgotten hers. It’s the small gestures like these that made a huge impact on our experience. The communication was seamless, the home was impeccably clean, and the location was ideal for everything we wanted to do. There was more than enough space for our family of four, and we all felt right at home. We wouldn’t hesitate to book this property again in the future. ##### Alicia M.
