Our room was clean and well kept. Staff in the front desk and restuant was attentive and easy to appraoch. Would highly recommended this hotel.

I could honestly say this hotel is one of the nicest ive been to. The staff were professional and nice. The hotel itself is very pretty and clean. Our room was gorgeous and even had a dishwasher! That was a first. The bed was surprisingly very comfortable.. nice finishings in the room. Overall had a great stay and will definitely use this hotel again in future. Im also someone who dreads hotel stays because I worry theyll be gross upon arrival/bed bugs - but this place was immaculate!

first room was very quiet the first night not facing the GM plant and railway. We then went to stay at a friends house for the super bowl game. When we booked in the second night got a room facing the GM plant and train tracks. Very noisy like a hot rod race track. A bit quieter at night but will never take a room on that side again knowing what the noise level is

We stayed here for a swim meet and the staff was incredible. After connecting with us days before the stay to make sure we were ok with switching our accommodations, they threw in M Lounge access for the entire stay. They were accommodating of dietary restrictions and we even had a wonderful conversation with Jenn, the general manager. Honestly can’t rave enough! The hotel itself is beautiful and cozy. We won’t hesitate to book again for the next meet!

Starbucks in the hotel with discounts to the room was a nice touch. Also really liked the selection of restaurants across the street.

A pleasant stay

We enjoyed our stay. Room was comfortable and the appliances worked well. The balcony was nice as well

We absolutely loved the Broadview. Beautiful room, great location, and the rooftop patio was fantastic. It might be our new favourite Toronto hotel!

Clean rooms, cozy beds, quiet at night for a good nights rest. We enjoyed the heated pool and saw others enjoying the gym. Snacks and bar in lobby for additional cost. Walking distance to Vaughan Mills Mall, restaurants and transit. We enjoyed our one nigh stay.

This property took us by complete surprise. We were looking for a last minute stay for a night away. We booked the Gladstone as it was close to where we were going. As soon as we pulled up to the building we were in awe. The inside is tastefully decorated, and so cozy. The attention to detail and the elevator were fantastic. The staff went above and beyond to get to know us and make us feel welcome. I wish we had more time to stay. We will definitely stay here again!

Very impressed with the suite/room. The location is excellent and the check-in service was exceptional. Appreciated the offered me a higher floor suite.

Room was spacious and view of Toronto fantastic, surrounding area safe and close to thing's we we're interested in.

I had a really nice time at the hotel The elevators were spectacular. My son really likes elevators. And it’s nice that you have a glass elevator on the concourse the only thing I would recommend is putting a notice on the app if something is taking place inside or outside of the hotel during the night because we did not have a good sleep thank you and we will come back again
