"Several breakfast menu items were not available. There was one waiter serving several customers, so not readily available, but she was busy. I ordered oatmeal (not my first choice) and it was a very large bowl of very dry meal. I had to ask for water to be added. The room was clean, with no dresser or drawers. The floor was hard (so clean with no carpet but not good for sore feet). On the top floor, apparently an HVAC unit on the roof was loud on and off. Otherwise, a good experience.."

Location Breakfast Wifi The Cons: Chairs should be provided in the rooms Parking is very limited Rooms need updating No room in shower for my shampoo and soap - I know it's provided, but I prefer my own chemical free items. Windows need a really good deep clean. Floors are very squeaky"

"We were in Buffalo to see the Lacrosse game at the Keybank Center. I was so relieved we could use their Shuttle service to get us within walking distance of the Arena! All the drivers were very nice. The rooms were clean and the bathroom was huge! The only reason this review isn't 5 stars were the beds were very soft. We would definitely stay here again"

"The hotel is very convenient to the airport & at a great price. Excellent restaurant on premises. The staff is very nice & helpful, & the shuttle bus driver was excellent. We stay here every time we have an early morning flight"

"Water presser was very low, shower, no info on how to get channels on TV, We let the front desk know, shower head needed to be clean. Shower seamed backwards. And a hole in the closet door. Plus $11.00 for parking that we didn’t know of until check in. Other than that hotel was nice. We may make another stay."
