Nice hotel

Clean room

Bon hotel, propre et personnel sympathique

We like the newness of the hotel - it's design is spacious; modern shower stalls and fixtures and open layout of the entire room. We dont like the fact that the bath towels are so 'coarse' to the touch. It is not soft and fluffy. They didnt live up to excellent quality to the rest of room and hotel facilities

Très beau séjour! Personnels tous très accueillants.

The warm greeting at the reception desk set the tone for the entire experience. The room was impeccably clean and exuded a sense of comfort and relaxation. The plush bedding provided a perfect night's sleep, and the amenities exceeded my expectations. From the in-room coffee maker to the complimentary Wi-Fi, every detail was thoughtfully curated for the modern traveler. One of the highlights of my stay was the excellent service provided by the staff. They were attentive, friendly, and always...

I liked everything

From the minute we arrived we felt at home. The room was lovely and the building had so much character. The staff were eager to please. They provided assistance in reservations and suggestions of the best route to the inner city attractions. The breakfast was wonderfully prepared and very plentiful. I would recommend this hotel without hesitation. It reminded me of boutique hotels in Paris I have stayed at.

Enjoyed our stay. Mattress was very comfortable and room was very clean. Staff was excellent.

Close to many restaurants and cafes. Check in very easy. The entrance and public area are beautiful. Room is very cozy. Special touches include actual wine glasses in the room, and creamers in the fridge for coffee. Very comfortable room.

Not very central. Hot tub closed.

Clean Warm

Stayed one night travelling from ON to NB. Very clean, delicious hot buffet breakfast that was included in the price, and an indoor pool so the kids could expend some energy. Rate was reasonable, in my opinion at ~$200/night for a family of 5. Couldn’t be more pleased. Will stay again!

My stay at the Hotel du Nord was delightful! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and genuine hospitality. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. The staff went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience, and the breakfast. I recommend Hotel du Nord for a trouble free stay!

Beautiful area. In the heart of old quebec.

The only negative was the buffet this am. All the hot items offered were warm ( not hot) and some cold, therefore did not enjoy the meal. At $26 each it was a disappointment We went to Boulay for dinner on Sat and it was amazing so was expecting a good buffet.

Great place to stay but should indicate and the floor for parking. The parking is shared with a residential parking and if you park I’m the wrong place you will get towed away. The front desk person was not classy at all.
