First time in new Orleans. I picked the right hotel.....the courtyard was nice. The location was quiet. Room was cozy and very clean. We are planning to go back and I will use the same hotel.

If you are looking for a hotel with room service, this is not for you. If you are looking a quaint room with a New Orleans feel, this is it. The courtyard makes for a nice place to sit in the morning for coffee. French doors that open to your room. Great bed and the bathroom was perfect. Walkable to Bourbon Street. Would definitely stay here again. The only thing that sucks is there is no parking. You have to pay down the street. If you are staying for an extended time, do not bring a car. Otherwise...loved it. The staff was super nice. Can't remember the front desk gentleman but very knowledgeable.

As soon as we got our room I noticed the ac was off would not work went to speak to front desk they said wifi was off and couldn’t do nothing about it and had no rooms to switch us to. One guy was able to get breaker switch to restart only fixed issue for 2 hours went off again and had to go back to front desk we’re the night shift personal had no idea of issue he said he did not have batteries to insert into remote control to start our ac he was not able to restarts the breaker switch so he handed us a box fan. Through out the whole night we were drenched room was reading 86 degrees went again to front desk at 8am there was a woman who was very rude and kept cutting me off while I explained the situation she had no notations of our air conditioning problem she said she would not be able to switch me to another room till after 3pm IF she had any rooms available I would have to wait for housekeeper to clean out 13 rooms! I asked if they can clean one up for us for the inconvenience and she said NO! I asked her to contact her manager which she never did. The maintenance guy was really nice to restart the breaker and brought us a remote to use but again went off after 3 hrs. We went back to front desk about 9pm and the guy with ponytail said he can switch us over but the female from the morning shift had not mention anything to him about our issue! Today when we checked out the manager was in and said we would get a refund hoping it does happen. We definitely will not be back!

The staff was very accommodating! The location is perfect for sightseeing, shopping, food and bars. Very clean and well maintained. Shout out to Mr. Dwayne who advised us on where to park when we arrived later in the night.

The property posted pictures totally different from reality. To get ice you had to walk around the corner and through this dark alley to reach the ice machine. the bath room was so small. The toilets were so low that I had a hard time getting up from it.
