I used this place to stay for a conference which was being held at the New Orleans convention center. The hotel's close proximity to the center was such a huge asset as it was less than a 5 minute walk across the street to get to the daily events of my conference in the center.

It was 64 degrees when checking in the room. The heating was not working properly and the engineer had to come to fix the problem. It took 2 1/2 hours for the room to warm up by 11:30 at night. I was exhausted from being cold! They also have a conservation tag on the table. Perhaps they should learn how to conserve energy by not running the ac!

The front desk was very attentive to our needs. We weren't expecting our room to be cleaned during our stay, but it was. The room was large and very clean.
