Very nice and well looked after property. Lock up garage was a bonus for our car. Location to public transport and vehicle access was great and easy. Will stay there again when we return to New Orleans. Thank you Troy, it was a wonderful experiance.

The property was just as advertised. Super easy check in. There are stairs so make sure that is not a problem for you. The owners live next door. The property is super clean, there were snacks and the host provides items that are often forgotten. Air worked great as did the hot water. We did not cook but definitely could have. It was a really nice stay. Garage was a big plus one of the reasons why I chose this property. My husband and I had a great time. I will rent this one again.

We were very pleased with the property. It was extremely clean and well stocked in case you would forget something. There was even some soft drinks in the fridge. The best thing was having a garage and not have to worry about parking. You can enter the apartment right from the garage and not have to go outside to get in. The only thing I wished it had was a king size bed. Also, some sort of table or shelf in the bathroom for the ladies to put their toiletries on that they may use at the sink. Other than that it was a great rental. We were in town visiting family and I wouldn’t hesitate to rent from Troy again.

We had a great stay at this property. Check-in was a breeze with a code for the door, and keys for locking the storm door while we were away was an added bonus. We had full use of the garage downstairs, even having a garage opener to take with us when we went out. Troy left us Cokes and a few snacks (great bonus!), the full kitchen was appreciated, and the whole space was bigger than I had imagined. We could have easily added a blow up mattress if we needed. I hadn't expected to need the laundry downstairs, but was happy it was there when I actually needed it (so many stinky clothes from being outside all day in May!). The location was three blocks away from the Canal Streetcar, three blocks from a drug store, four blocks from a grocery store, and several restaurants within a 5 minute walk. GPS was very clear about how to get there, especially with so many one way streets. I highly recommend!

Great Location, Quiet and Well-Appointed
This Mid-city gem is one of the best New Orleans rentals we’ve experienced, and it’s in one of our favorite sections of the Crescent City. Lots of options there transportation-wise and it’s very walkable to groceries, parks, bars and restaurants. The rental is very clean and appointed beautifully. Troy is a friendly, considerate host and we anticipate another stay at his rental.

Great unit and Troy was an amazing host!!
We will definitely recommend this unit for your stay in NOLA. We are from the surrounding NOLA area so was pretty familiar with the area. The neighbors were friendly and welcoming. We were staying to have close access to the local French Quarter Festival. We were able to walk to the street car and take the trolley all the way to the festival. Cars were secured in very clean and spacious two car garage. Great local restaurants within walking distance. Troy was an AMAZING host!! He was very quick to respond, and accommodated our needs. The unit was extremely clean and spacious!! Troy even had lots of goodies/snacks and drinks for guest. Unit is equipped with everything and then some!! Great stay!! Thanks Troy!!
