The property was perfect for the wife and I on pur 3 night trip. The pictures didnt do it full justice. The living room and bedroom was larger than you can tell from the picture. Very friendly host who was available for any issues (we did not have any). Walkable neighborhood with food and drink options nearby.

New Orleans Loft
The property was nice, updated, clean & surprisingly spacious for a “loft style” apartment. Troy included all the necessities plus little extras that made it even cozier. Having the garage to park in was extra nice. Knowing that Troy was local to the property & available if needed was a big plus. We enjoyed our stay & would definitely stay here again!

Property was great just as listed. We had a great stay. Location was close to downtown. Check in was easy. Drinks and water in the fridge and basket of snacks were a nice touch. Place was spotless. We enjoyed everything about our stay.

Accessible, safe, clean, 2 blocks from trolley pickup, has garage. We can’t say enough, and our Host Troy was a very nice and accommodating host. Perfect VRBO!

Everything was great. Would suggest a list of potential eateries. Ads left in property are great but we found most were very touristy and crowded. Knowing where the locals go would be next level.

Nice little getaway
The garage is nice. You can pull in and walk right into the place. The upstairs is roomy for a few people. If my wife had joined us we still would have been comfortable. The decor was bright and modern. I can tell the owner put a lot of care in. Great if you are looking for a place mid city. Easy walk to Canal if you want to take the street car to the Quarter. Close to City Park. Plus you can walk down the street and get a nice meal or a drink if you don't want to wander too far

Great location for Jazz Fest & Quarter
Mid-City central location for Street car to FQ. I took Uber to festival but Carrollton street car will get you In walking distance (3/4) mile. Everything in prior reviews covering neighborhood, cleanliness of unit, comfortable space and well equipped kitchen are accurate. Everyone mentioned treats and drinks in frig which were very appreciated but finding coffee, filters, creamer on late arrival indicates Troy knows how to welcome quests. Thanks Troy for a comfortable stay!

French Quarter Fest and More!
This is a great rental! Super clean, convenient to trolley, great location with excellent restaurants in walking distance. The apt is roomy and the garage is the bomb (we had bikes and they were dry and safe). We would absolutely stay again!

Sooooo clean!
This property is exactly what we needed… Troy made check in easy, the place was super clean, not cluttered or haphazardly filled with unnecessary items, and he left snacks, sodas and water to boot! I loved that we could pull into the garage, close the door, unload our luggage and tuck into this peaceful place. The walk to the streetcar is a short 3 blocks and will easily take you to any of the tourist attractions and restaurants this beautiful city has to offer. I highly recommend this property… it’s quiet, centrally located, comfortable and Troy is an amazingly thoughtful property owner. I will definitely be recommending this rental to my friends and family wanting a comfortable stay while in New Orleans.

Nice location, great overall - one small issue
Nice location in what appeared to be a quiet and safe neighborhood, not far from the trolley line. Being able to park our car in the garage was a real plus (but be advised that you must haul your stuff up the stairs). One suggestion for improvement - Troy was friendly and easy to work with; however, I would recommend that he leave some written instructions (which is usually the case with VRBOs). We had to figure out how to run the thermostat ourselves. But, great overall.

A quiet , convenient stay in Mid-City.
Great location for a Mid-City stay 3 blocks from street cars to both the French Quarter and City Park. Great perk ( and rare perk ) of off street covered parking. Troy was a great host.

Cute apartment in a super convenient location!
We would absolutely book this location again! The apartment was exactly as listed and the host provided many thoughtful touches for our stay. Best of all is the garage and that it is 3 blocks from the streetcar line. So great for our family vacation!

2nd time in Mid City
Our 2nd time staying here. Troy is a great host, if you need something he's right on it. The unit is well appointed with snacks, soft drinks and coffee. It also a very spacious unit in a great neighborhood. We would definitely stay there a 3rd time.

A small piece of paradise
We lived our time at this property. It was completely spotless. All the little attention to details that make a vacation spot feel like home. Troy could not have been kinder to us. Little treats and just those few things that make cooking while traveling so much easier. We will be back the next time we stay in New Orleans.

Really enjoyed our stay. Great location, close to down town and easy access to interstate. The house itself was very clean and we appreciated the toiletries and taste of New Orleans that was provided free of charge. Troy was quick to answer our questions and ensured we were taken care of. Hidden Gem! Shhhhh!
We stayed here 3 days 2 nights on our Honeymoon trip across the southern states. Troy had some sodas & water in the fridge and a little basket of snacks. The place was super clean! The bed was more comfortable than Hampton hotels we’ve been staying in! The garage was an absolute bonus! No worries about having our vehicle on the street. Only suggestion we could think of was having a small table or shelf set next to the bathroom sink. Some Women have a need to put their makeup kits and other things next to the sink. Can’t wait to come back here again! Also Troy had awesome recommendations for restaurants & they were good! Thanks Troy! See ya next year!

Troy had everything set up for us, air conditioning started and the garage open. Close to rail and walking distance to restaurants. Troy was very responsive. It was our first trip to NOLA and it was a great one!!
