the room was great, everything else was terrible. I had surgery and was unable to walk properly due to anesthesia/ benzos, so my boyfriend asked the front desk if they had a wheel chair available. the woman called somebody and said they'd have to build it and it would be available tomorrow. why even have a wheelchair if it's not already ready??? she offered to wheel me in on a luggage carrier apparently but my boyfriend felt that would be degrading. when i got out of the car eventually, she saw us and another guest struggling to get into the front due to it being opened by the keycards they give you when you check in that barely function. she ignored us and then when I tried to get in after the guest got it open, she also ignored me and I injured myself a bit trying to keep the door open so that we could go inside because I just wanted to lay down and be done.
we had seen "vending on first floor" in one of the elevators so we assumed there was a vending machine downstairs. after wandering around a bit, the nicer man that worked there asked if we were looking for something. we said we were wondering if there was a vending machine because of the sign in the elevator, and the woman said it said "concessions downstairs" (it literally did not.) the concessions were those tiny bags of chips you get for .50c at walmart being sold for $2 and some other over priced stuff.
the rooms were great, very clean and you get a big TV. it's just that there is literally no amenities here.
