I didnt like the fact that you had to go to the bar for ice. There was no microwave in the room. Very inconvenient for the amiunt of money you pay per night. They wasnt transparent with fees. The website said parking was 30 dollars a night but they charged 50 dollars a night. They charged my credit card for one night before i ever checked in with out notifying me. I dont think this is a fair way to treat a customer. All in all you dont get your money worth at this hotel.

We had a awesome experience were even able to check I'm early and out late i really appreciate the staff friendly personally and helpfulness. Thanks to the front desk crew suggestions we had the best dinning experience at Eddie's. This will definitely be my go to hotel when visiting New Orleans in the future

My wife and I went for our 21st anniversary and we had a great experience at the hotel. The receptionist was so hospitable and believe her name was Victoria. The breakfast is amazing! I had the waffle egg slider and the creme bullae waffles and wow!!! If my wants to stay in that hotel again, then it's gotta be good because she's very picky. lol

Someone’s was playing on the door at 2:30am for over an hour knocking for long periods then running away the shower & mirror had residue as if It wasn’t cleaned well enough I asked for fresh linens never got it there were homeless people sleep right outside on the ground the hotel area recked off urine at 10pm when the doors locked there were people harassing and following us inside the hotel begging for money and making negative comments to me and the staff which escalated to the police threatened to be call if they didn’t leave the ice machine was broke so we were told go to the bar for a small cup which the bar had limited hours I think they closed at 8pm leaving us without cold drinks there was no fridge or microwave available the cost of parking was outrageous staff was very chatty amongst each other having inappropriate conversations well services guest or ignoring guest like we weren’t even standing there I was told I could do a late check out at 1 when I asked the next day I was told no The elevator was very shaky and slow n it was very noisy and the area was horrible

Our room was small but cute. We were near Bourbon street so there was a lot of noise but we slept well at night without any interruptions. The breakfast was good and staff was friendly.

The elevator stopped working a few times the valet were a bit rude if you were asking them a question they would say randomly before they replied to your questions we take tips!!! The hotel was nice and clean the bathroom was a bit small and the room was small as well but nice.
