Our 3rd stop in Los Mochis while on a road trip. Our first stay here. Unfortunately it was very disappointing. The rooms are just not clean, because we stayed in two rooms I feel we can make a fair judgment that the hotel needs a deep clean top to bottom. Our first room had bed bugs so we were able to move. The bathrooms have mildew/mold that need attention. The hotel advertises a restaurant that upon check-in at 3 was closed and the rooms have menus to order room service which obviously isn’t available when the restaurant is closed. The staff is friendly which is the only bright spot here. My advise would be to stay elsewhere until the hotel comes up to standard for guest stays. Estábamos en el tercer piso no hay elevador, no tienen cafetera pedimos cuarto con cocineta y no tenía refri.
