3-week stay 1-bed luminous apartment in London

We are looking for a trustworthy person, or couple (romantic or friends) to sub-rent our 1-bed apartment from 7th August to 31st August.

The flat is in a quite residential area with no road noise (a treat in London!). 5 minutes to Kentish Town West (over ground) and 10-15 minutes walk to Kentish Town and Camden Town (northern line).

The area is friendly and green, with Talacre Park (3 minutes walk) and Hampstead Heath (15 minutes) that make for the perfect morning walk. Restaurants, pubs, shops, supermarkets and off licenses in abundance, all within the mile.

The flat is luminous and airy with huge ceilings and windows, a livable kitchen, big separate living room with sofa-bed and two toilets (one with a small bath).

Amenities are: internet, 2 fans, coffee machine for pods, microwave, toaster, oven, fridge with freezer, small dishwasher, hair drier, and lots of books, (+ sawing machine if requested).

All bills and council tax included. We calculate all the expenses in the month, multiplied by 12 and divided by 52 to find the weekly price we need to cover as we are away.

We accept requests from individuals, couples and two friends if they want to use the living room as a room.
