"Rating: ★★★★★ (4.5/5 rounded up) My family and I recently stayed at the Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton Resort & Spa, and overall, we had a wonderful time. While I’m giving the resort a full 5 stars for its location, amenities, and value, there were a few areas that could use improvement. First, the good: the beaches are absolutely stunning. Whether you’re looking to relax or enjoy water activities, there’s something for everyone. The resort grounds are well-maintained, and the pools are fantastic. We particularly enjoyed the wide range of activities offered, and the spa services were a real treat. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and we appreciated the cleanliness throughout our stay. Most of the staff were friendly and welcoming, adding to the overall relaxing atmosphere. However, we did encounter some inconsistency, particularly when it came to dining and drinks. Some restaurants were fantastic, while others left us disappointed. There were also moments of unpredictably rude behavior from certain staff members, which stood out because most of the team were kind and attentive. These occasional moments of rudeness were jarring, but they didn’t overshadow the positives of the trip. In summary, despite a few hiccups, the resort offers a great experience overall, and we would consider returning. The beautiful beaches and enjoyable amenities make this a fantastic vacation spot."

"This was not my first stay at Coco Lapalm. We all had a great time! Each and every staff member was great and cheery! Since I was a repeat guest, they offer you a gift from the gift shop. The hat came in handy when sitting at the beautiful beach. Thanks for a great time! We’ll be back."
