"very nice place to stay great location the ability to just check in easily and check out easily as phenomenal. However, the ad is misleading. It does say that the place comes with a washer and dryer however, this just leads to a paid wash and fold in another building the one complaint I do have is that there was a lot of dust, including in the fans in the washrooms and also the fans in the rooms. "Well appointed kitchen, and plenty of supplies listed. Bed was a bit aged, but slept comfortably. Quiet, as it is off season for skiing, makes for a great hideaway in summer.Pool was a pleasent surprise, with a spa/hot tub newly installed.Perfect jumb off to east and west destinations along the Gergian Bay south shore. Wasaga to Sauble. Niel was great! prompt confirm, instructions and room code provided, you just drive up close to ground( low level) door and walk in..nice"

"Unfortunately, this hotel room was not worth the price paid. The room was noticeably dirty upon arrival, with carpets that appeared not to have been cleaned in quite some time. There were visible stains on the sheets, which was both disappointing and concerning from a cleanliness standpoint. For the rate charged, I expected a much higher standard of housekeeping and overall room maintenance. I would not stay here again unless significant improvements are made to the cleanliness of the rooms."

"We stayed here for a girls weekend and it was such a great hotel and location We had two rooms for the three of us and we would mostly hang out in one room. We both had the same room, it was the one King bed with kitchenette. Each building has all the same rooms in it. In the kitchen that came with a coffee maker, a microwave, a dishwasher, a toaster, a tea, pot, and a kettle. The mini fridge either has a full fridge and a small freezer inside or it has a split fridge freezer. The room came fully stocked with Four sets of cutlery, coffee, mugs, glasses, dinner, plates, small plates, bowls, beer, mugs. It had scissors and a few serving spoons. Sponge dish soap and dishwasher. Pods were refreshed every day, as well as the coffee and tea. Atrium comes with a balcony or deck, with two Muskoka chairs, and one hammock The bed has a sealable mattress cover so bedbugs can’t get in The location is right across from the blue Mountain Village and it’s a five minute walk There’s an adult pool and hot tub as well as a family pool. And they leave pool towels in your room. Overall, it was an excellent stay and the property was super clean and convenient. If you have a bottle for you near the parking lot, you have an option to use your patio door to exit and enter, which was so handy."

"Hate to complain, but...... When you list a pool and hot tub I counted on using them. 2 days that I was there neither was working. The walls were so thin between units the gentleman next door woke me snoring. He was not loud and I sleep pretty soundly. You could hear the people having a regular conversation. The room was clean, the bed comfortable and the amenities were nice. I just have a problem with advertised features that always seem to be down."

"The rooms are comfortable and well appointed, well -considered for our families. During the time of our stay, it was being renovated, so the rooms were much improved. Was well planned for construction, nonetheless came with some dust and detours. Surely it will be beautiful this summer. The gym is a bit dated and small pool and hot tub are great. Parking underground is very convenient."
