My phone was misplaced and found by staff but staff did not turn it in right away. They attempted to get in multiple times but phone locked up on them. My husband used the tracker to locate position of phone and told everyone about it. After 2 days of intensive search and husband not giving up search phone was turned in. Not acceptable that when phone was found it was not turned in.

My room on the lady Hamilton side was old & dirty with an over powering mildew smell. No one ever came to check on the odor even after 3 calls to the front desk. There were 3 roaches (2 were very large water bugs) in my room, I have photos. I could barely sleep I was so grossed out.

The staff is very friendly. The food is amazing. The resort itself needs a major upgrade. For what I paid it was not worth it. For a pool so large they have only 1 pool bar. The rooms needed an upgrade.

The management need improvement i did like that at check in the computer was down and no management came out to say anything the front deck clerks where trying their best to calm customers down it took me and my five hours get checked in not good

We flew in two days before HURRICANE BERYL brushed against the island loosing one day of beach time. My friend and I had a burning desire to assist or volunteer however we could so we approached management with an idea for an initiative to support the friends of Jamaica. We were allowed to set up bins around the resort asking guests to donate their toiletries and clothing upon checkout for a relief fund. It was received well! Thank you management!

I didn't like the fact that when we arrived to our room it was dirty, there were visible spots of where should happened throughout the room. We had to pretty much beg for towels and washclothes. This was the worse visit to Jamaica

It was nice.. Except the last night at the mo bay. The server never came to help. My husband had to get our drinks himself , he carried 3 drinks at onetime across the busy dinner floor. I did tell the manager. Maybe the girl didn't know we were her table. Well she did cause she poured me water with something floating in it said she was sorry and never came back. Dinner was good without her. Fiona from zentropia was great. I had a swedish message and pedicure. Omar and shameika and gabriel were nice and pleasant. We enjoyed our stay. But that phatom server she should not be serving. This was my 3rd time at the resort. Yes i will b back
