The staff were inattentive, and for the most part were actually almost unfriendly. The amenities were not working in many of the areas and such as the hot tubs, bathrooms and watersports areas. The dining options were set as no reservation required but if you hadn't purchased the upgrade to Diamond Club you would have to wait anywhere up to 90 min to be seated at the a la carte restaurants. The Diamond club for what you spent vs what you get is way over priced and the special butler or concierge only really shows up at the end of their week to collect a tip.. During our stay of 7 days 1 day there were no bananas, another no mint, and another no mango... Lastly the majority of staff are very young, so being trained and not familiar with the rules of the hotel or company processes or policies. Check in took close to 45 min and then our room wasnt even ready after the 3PM check in time. For the amount of money this place is a large disappointment. probably closer to a 3 Star hotel than anything else.

I loved the majority of the resort was facing the ocean. Loved our Butler Okeen. Love the staff was prompt with my requests.
