Very nice staff and very clean. The TV didnt work, no hot water. No iron nor ironing board. It's actually a very nice place that is in bad need of maintenance. Really wouldnt take long to resolve all the issues.

Stayed one week and decided tonstay extra night. They moved me. I wondered why i moved from a great room to no air conditioning, no TV, no hot water...now i know why...one night only, already paid for. Never again.

I thought that I was at tranquility bay, it was so welcoming, the moment I opened the door the freshness of the room was do awesome, not to mention the rest I had in the nights, the only thing is the water pressure was slow but the accomodations over everything.
