Roaches in buffet, rooms and halls smelled like the swamp. Drains in the shower don’t go down. Mosquitoes almost ate us alive! . Room door didn’t lock!

This is my 3rd time staying at this resort and I absolutely love it. I love the staff and how nice and accommodating they are. I love the bartenders and the energy they bring such as friendliness, happy, welcoming, providing great service. I will definitely be back soon

Paid over 4,000.00 for me and my fiancé to spend the week from 7-10-24 to 7-17-24. Upon arrival the desk could not find anything in regards to my reservation. My woman was there about 10:00 pm to check in for us. They wouldn’t give her or me the time of day. Regardless of who was at fault you should at least help a stranded single lady at night.
